We offer three different levels of print coverage. Whether you are after a simple branded logo or an impressive full 360° wrap around print, we’ve got you covered – literally.
But we don’t just print bottles and drinkware – we can print onto a variety of substrates including glass, plastics and candles as well as industrial applications.

Large creative designs with our half wrap
Our half wraps offer good coverage for larger logos or designs, choose from a vertical front face covering or half 360° wrap
Logo coverage offers a great branding option
Simple yet stylish - the logo option offers a 50mm square area for your logo or design which can be placed anywhere on the substrate
Substrates
Our rotary printer is a clever bit of kit and can print on to a huge variety of substrates including stainless steel, plastics and glass. We recommend you contact us regarding a new substrate for printing, as some may need new bespoke tooling or checked to ensure the parameters are met for our machine to achieve a perfect print for each product. We welcome industrial applications as well as the weird and wonderful!
Parameters
Due to the nature of the print process and achievable accuracy of the Orbit – there are a few parameters to ensure a perfect print every time. Below are examples of problematic drinkware which either cannot be printed or will affect the overall print quality. Please contact us if you are unsure your product meets our parameters.
Minimum: 50mm | Maximum: 114mm
Minimum: 76mm | Maximum: 220mm
Minimum: flat | Maximum: 7°
Print Capabilities
With some clever artwork – amazing results can be achieved, we offer a range of different effects within just one print rotation. Please note some of these effects are not within our standard pricing – please enquire specifically about the effects you see below.
